COOK THOROUGHLY TO A TEMPERATURE OF 160°F AS MEASURED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER TAKEN IN SEVERAL SPOTS.
PROMPTLY REFRIGERATE ANY LEFTOVERS. REHEAT BEFORE SERVING.
1. Place cauliflower in microwave-safe dish and cover.
2. MICROWAVE on HIGH for 8 MINUTES for FULL bag; STIR HALFWAY through cooking. (4 MINUTES for HALF bag.)*
3. LET STAND for 1 to 2 MINUTES after cooking.**
4. DRAIN and SERVE.

2. BRING WATER to a full boil over HIGH HEAT; REDUCE HEAT to MEDIUM.
3. COVER and SIMMER for 8 to 9 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. (for HALF bag, COVER and SIMMER for 4 to 5 MINUTES.)
4. DRAIN and SERVE.
