Watercress Juice Concentrate
Watercress is a plant that grows in running water and whose pungent leaves can be eaten in salads, soups, and sandwiches. Watercress juice concentrate is made from removing some of the water from the watercress so that the volume of the juice is smaller. Concentrating the juice allows it to be more convenient to carry and store.
