Stearic Acid (Ácido esteárico)
Stearic acid is a fatty acid that is present as a triglyceride in some animal and vegetable fats, and it may be a product of refining of some oils, such as coconut oil. In its neutral form, it can act as a surfactant in cleaning formulations to aid in dirt and grease removal, or as an ingredient to help solubilize fragrance oils.
