YOU WILL NEED: 1 Egg, 3 Tablespoons Butter (melted & cooled)
DO NOT EAT RAW BATTER.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1. BLEND
MICROWAVE butter in microwave-safe bowl 20 to 30 seconds or until melted. Let cool 2 minutes.
BLEND cookie cake mix, egg and melted butter in large bowl with rubber spatula until well blended.
PRESS dough evenly into the UNGREASED pan.
STEP 2. MICROWAVE
1200 Watt microwave COOKIE CAKE on HIGH 2 minutes.
1000 Watt microwave COOKIE CAKE on HIGH 2 minutes 40 seconds.
If microwave wattage is less than 1000 watt use oven instructions.
COOL cookie cake in microwave for 2 minutes.

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1. PREP
PREHEAT oven to 300°F.
MICROWAVE butter in microwave-safe bowl 20 to 30 seconds or until melted. Let cool 2 minutes.
STEP 2. BLEND
BLEND cookie cake mix, egg and melted butter in large bowl with rubber spatula until well blended. Press dough evenly into the UNGREASED pan.
STEP 3. BAKE
BAKE on rack in center of oven 28 to 33 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
REMOVE cookie cake carefully from oven with both hands using pot holders.
COOL cookie cake completely in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes.
Do not bake in toaster oven.
