1. Turn on all switches.
2. Allow kettle to heat 3-4 minutes (when starting cold machine).
3. Cut oil packet along top edge and squeeze oil into kettle. IMMEDIATELY AFTER OIL MELTS, cut corn packet along top edge and pour corn and salt into kettle.
4. Close lid.
5. Empty kettle immediately after popping stops.
A. To reduce popcorn breakage, empty popper immediately after popping stops and carefully fill containers.
B. Keep popper (especially the glass) and serving area clean.
C. Keep the popped popcorn as fresh as possible.
D. On the last batch, turn off kettle halfway through popping cycle to eliminate smoking.
