A THERMOMETER CANNOT BE USED TO PROBE BACON DUE TO THE INADEQUATE DEPTH OF THE PRODUCT; THERMOMETER WOULD NOT HAVE AN ACCURATE TEMPERATURE READING. ALL PORK PRODUCTS MUST BE COOKED TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145ºF.
