FOR FOOD SAFETY, COOK PORK PRODUCTS TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F. 

PAN FRY - PLACE SLICES IN SINGLE LAYER IN FRYING PAN. COOK OVER LOW HEAT FOR 6 TO 8 MINUTES ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL DESIRED CRISPNESS. 

BROIL - PLACE SLICES ON RACK OR BROILER PAN. SET PAN 3 TO 3 1/2 INCHES UNDER HEAT AND BROIL 2 TO 3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL CRISP. 

MICROWAVE - PLACE SLICES ON TWO SHEETS OF PAPER TOWELS IN A SHALLOW MICROWAVE-SAFE DISH. COVER SLICES WITH ANOTHER PAPER TOWEL. COOK ON HIGH. 

2 SLICES = 1 1/2 TO 2 MINUTES. 

4 SLICES = 2 1/2 TO 3 MINUTES.
