Heat 3/4 cup heavy cream in a skillet. Add 8 oz (2 cups) of shredded chihuahua or Monterey Jack Cheese. Stir until melted.
Remove from heat and mix in 1/4 cup Frontera Chipotle Adobo.
Serve with warm corn tortillas or a bag of your favorite frontera tortilla chip.
