CARNE ASADA TACOS 

1 to 1 1/2 lbs. trimmed skirt or boneless ribeye steak, 

1 pouch Frontera® Marinade

Warm tortillas, chopped onion, cilantro and salsa 

MARINATE 30 MIN

1. Mix steak and 1/2 of the Marinade in glass bowl or food-safe plastic bag. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes. Save remaining Marinade for grilling. 

2. Grill steak, turning once, until nearly done, 2 minutes for skirt, 6 minutes for ribeye. Brush steak liberally with reserved marinade. Grill until medium-rare to medium (145°), 1 to 3 minutes more. 

3. Thinly slice steak. Serve with warm tortillas, chopped onion, cilantro and salsa for soft tacos.
