TO GRILL: PREHEAT GRILL ON MEDIUM HEAT. PLACE FROZEN PATTY 4 INCHES FROM HEAT SOURCE FOR 9-10* MINUTES PER SIDE (TURNING TWICE) AND UNTIL FULLY COOKED TO 165°F. 

TO BROIL: PREHEAT OVEN ON HIGH BROIL SETTING. PLACE FROZEN PATTY ON BROILER PAN AND POSITION 4 INCHES FROM HEAT SOURCE. BROIL 9-10* MINUTES PER SIDE (TURNING TWICE) AND UNTIL FULLY COOKED TO 165°F. *COOKING TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE; ALWAYS COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS MEASURED WITH A MEAT THERMOMETER.
