Sodium Benzoate is a salt of benzoic acid (an acid commonly found in foods like cranberries, prunes, and cinnamon) that is used as an antimicrobial in acidic foods like fruit juices, jams, and relishes.  Sorbic acid is an ingredient that is commonly added to foods to protect against yeast and mold growth. It can be found naturally in berries. Calcium Disodium EDTA is a calcium salt that can control the reaction of trace minerals in food, preventing the deterioration of color, texture, and oxidation.
