MICROWAVE ON HIGH 6-7 MINUTES UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE THOROUGHLY COOKED. 5. COOKING TIMES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON MICROWAVE WATTAGE. 6. LET UNOPENED POUCH STAND FOR 1-2 MINUTES. 7. OPEN POUCH AND POUR VEGETABLES INTO BOWL. SEASON TO TASTE. STOVE TOP: 1. FILL A LARGE SAUCEPAN WITH APPROXIMATELY 1/2 INCH OF WATER AND BRING TO A BOIL 2. REMOVE VEGETABLES FROM POUCH AND PLACE INTO PAN AND BRING TO SECOND BOIL. 3. REDUCE HEAT, COVER AND SIMMER FOR 4-6 MINUTES. STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE THOROUGHLY COOKED. DO NOT OVERCOOK. DRAIN AND SEASON TO TASTE. ROASTING: 1. OPEN POUCH, THAW, DRAIN AND EMPTY VEGETABLES INTO A BOWL. 2. TOSS THE VEGETABLES WITH ENOUGH OIL TO LIGHTLY COAT THEM AND ADD THE HERBS AND SEASONINGS OF YOUR CHOICE. 3. SPREAD SINGLE LAYER ON BAKING SHEET AND ROAST AT 400°F FOR 20-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER.
