Ground Coffee, Medium Roast Colombian Supremo

Coffee consists primarily of water with some additional compounds extracted from coffee beans during brewing. The aroma, taste and stimulating qualities of coffee result from extracted compounds such as volatile compounds, bitter substances (including polyphenols) and methylxanthines (including caffeine and theobromine).
