CONVENTIONAL OVEN - 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F. 2. PLACE FROZEN MEATBALLS IN A SINGLE LAYER ON A BAKING TRAY. 3. HEAT FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL HOT. MICROWAVE OVEN (1000 WATT) - 1. PLACE 6 FROZEN MEATBALLS ON A MICROWAVE SAFE DISH. 2. HEAT ON HIGH FOR 1 MINUTE OR UNTIL HOT. 3. REMOVE AND LET STAND FOR 1 MINUTE. 4. FOR EVERY 6 ADDITIONAL FROZEN MEATBALLS ADD 1 MINUTE OF HEAT TIME, ROTATING MEATBALLS EVERY MINUTE. 

STOVE TOP - 1. HEAT SAUCE OR GRAVY IN SAUCE PAN. 2. ADD FROZEN MEATBALLS. 3. COVER AND HEAT ON MEDIUM FOR APPROXIMATELY 25 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.

18 OPEN NATURE ANGUS BEEF MEATBALLS, FROZEN, 3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL, 1 LB PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS, DICED, 1 LB CREMINI MUSHROOMS, SLICED, 1 TABLESPOON FRESH GARLIC, CHOPPED, 1 CUP RED WINE, 1 TABLESPOON FRESH CHIVES, 1 TABLESPOON FRESH ROSEMARY, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE, 1/2 CUP CREAMY HORSERADISH (OPTIONAL)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: IN A LARGE HEAVY-BOTTOMED POT OVER HIGH TEMPERATURE HEAT THE OIL UNTIL VERY HOT. ADD THE MUSHROOMS ALL AT ONCE, AND SAUTE ON HIGH UNTIL THEY RELEASE THEIR LIQUID, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. WHEN THE LIQUID HAS EVAPORATED FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE POT, ADD FROZEN MEATBALLS, GARLIC, WINE AND CHOPPED HERBS. STIR AND SAUTE UNTIL THE WINE AND LIQUID IS REDUCED. SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT AND PEPPER, DRIZZLE WITH CREAMY HORSERADISH IF DESIRED AND SERVE HOT.
