Includes all products making a claim of containing no phthalates. Phthalates are mainly added to plastics to increase their flexibility, transparency, durability, and longevity. Some believe exposing to phthalates might have negative effect on human health, FDA determined that there wasn't a sound, scientific basis to support taking regulatory action against cosmetics containing phthalates.
Not Tested On Animals Claim
The Not Tested On Animals claim attribute includes all products that are making a claim of not being tested on animals on their package.
