Cultured, Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk

Cultured milk is the result of adding lactic acid bacteria cultures to liquid milk to allow for the milk to become more acidic. This changes the flavor profile of the milk, alters the texture, and extends to shelf-life. Pasteurized milk is milk which has been heat treated in order to destroy bacteria and viruses. Part-skim milk has had some of the milk's fat content removed.
