GREASE 1 (15X10X1-INCH) PAN. IN A LARGE BOWL,STIR ALL COFFEE CAKE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT PIE FILLING UNTIL WELL BLENDED. SPREAD 2/3 OF THE BATTER (ABOUT 2 1/2 CUPS) IN PAN. STIR TOGETHER SUGAR AND FRUIT; SPOON OVER BATTER. BAKE 60 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN ON TOP.

SPRAY A 9-INCH GLASS PIE PLATE WITH COOKING SPRAY. IN A 10-INCH SKILLET, COOK BEEF AND ONION OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 8-10 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL BEEF IS BROWN. DRAIN. STIR IN SALT.
