Organic Blue Agave nectar syrup is the Juice that is extracted from the core of the Blue Agave plant. The juice is then filtered and heated to produce the sweet syrup.  It is sweeter than honey and is less viscous.  It is used in similar applications to honey. Because the syrup is organic, it comes from Agave plants were grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or genetically modified ingredients.
