MICROWAVE - 1. IN A MICROWAVE-SAFE BOWL, HEAT 2 CUPS OF WATER TO BOIL. CAUTION: BOWL AND WATER WILL BE HOT. 2. REMOVE FROM MICROWAVE AND ADD CONTENTS OF ONE POUCH AND STIR WITH A FORK TO MOISTEN ALL OF THE POTATOES. 3. LET STAND 1 MINUTE UNTIL LIQUID IS ABSORBED. STIR AND SERVE.
