MICROWAVE: Empty contents into microwave-safe container. cover. Microwave on HIGH power 2 minutes or until warm. Stir before serving.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans (15 oz each) Ranch Style Brand Blackeye Peas with Bacon, undrained
8 oz Kielbasa, thinly sliced
1 cup uncooked rice
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 can (14.5 oz) Butterball Chicken Broth
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion, celery and garlic. Cook 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to a boil; reduce heat and cover tightly. Stirring occasionally, simmer 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
