Sodium Phosphate
Sodium phosphate is the salt formed from sodium and phosphate. Phosphates are a wide spectrum of substances that are commonly found naturally in foods (dairy, meat, some plants) or added to products for emulsification, pH regulation, water retention, and/or antimicrobial properties.
