|Popping Corn||Oil for Popping|
1- Pour oil and corn into a 4-quart pan according to chart.
2- Cover pan, leaving lid slightly ajar and place over medium heat.
3- Lift and shake pan frequently while heating. When popping slows, remove pan from heat.
For microwave, hot air, or electric poppers, follow manufacturer's instructions.
Reseal jar and store at room temperature.
