WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1 pound chicken breast, cut in bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 pouch P.F. Chang's Honey Chicken Sauce
Thinly sliced scallion and toasted sesame seeds
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken to pan and cook until browned on first side, 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Stir in onion and continue cooking until onions are softened, 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Stir Sauce into skillet and cook until thickened, about 3 to 5 more minutes. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
