PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES COOK TIME: 25 - 30 MINUTES SERVINGS: 12 BARS INGREDIENTS: 1 CUP OVERJOYED CHOCOLATE CHUNKS, DIVIDED 2 LARGE EGGS, AT ROOM TEMPERATURE 1 (15.25 OZ) BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX 1/3 CUP MELTED UNSALTED BUTTER 2 TEASPOONS PURE VANILLA EXTRACT 1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS, FLAKED COCONUT, OR DRIED FRUIT (OPTIONAL) DIRECTIONS: 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F. 2. LIGHTLY SPRAY A 9 X 13 BAKING PAN WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY. 3. RESERVE 1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE CHUNKS FOR THE TOP; SET ASIDE. 4. IN A LARGE BOWL, BEAT EGGS.
