1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 pouch Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce Warm tortillas, chopped cilantro and shredded cheese
1 Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion Cook until golden, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Remove to a plate.
2 Add 1 tablespoon oil and half of the chicken to skillet. Cook until golden, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Remove to a plate. Repeat with remaining chicken.
3 Heat sauce in skillet. Add chicken and onion to sauce. Stir until heated through, about 1 minute. Serve in warm tortillas with cilantro and shredded cheese.
