Corn, Fire Roasted

Add a squeeze of lime and sprinkle cotija cheese to hot fully cooked vegetables for an elevated corn at home.

1. PREHEAT oven to 425°F.

2. PLACE corn in a single layer on baking sheet. Corn will appear blackened due to the fire roasting process.

3. BAKE in center of oven 8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. 4. CHECK that food is cooked thoroughly. CAREFUL, IT'S HOT! Serve and enjoy!
