Garlic Puree
A puree is cooked food that has been ground, pressed, blended or sieved to the consistency of a soft creamy paste or thick liquid. Garlic puree has been created from garlic cloves. Garlic, or Allium sativum, is a species in the onion genus, Allium. It is associated with a pungent flavor and aroma and is often used as a flavoring agent in food products.
