you will need:
Streusel Topping:
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Cake Batter:
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
DO NOT EAT RAW BATTER.
DIRECTIONS:
1. PREP
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray pan with PAM. Pour cake mix into large bowl. Pour cinnamon mix into small bowl.
2. MIX
Stir eggs, milk, and 1/2-cup melted butter with cake mix in large bowl until well blended. To make streusel, stir 2 tablespoons melted butter into small bowl with cinnamon mix until well blended.
3. LAYER
Pour half the cake batter into pan. Sprinkle with about half of the streusel. Scoop remaining cake batter on top (use a spatula or the back of a spoon for easy spreading). Top with remaining streusel.
4. BAKE
Bake according to chart below. Cake is done when toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Cut and serve!

1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Muffin Batter:
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted (1 cup chopped peaches*, optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place paper liners in 12 muffin cups. Pour cake mix into large bowl. Pour cinnamon mix into small bowl.
2. mix
Stir eggs, milk, and 1/2-cup melted butter with cake mix in large bowl until well blended. *For an optional twist, stir in chopped peaches! To make streusel, stir 2 tablespoons melted butter into small bowl with cinnamon mix until well blended.
3. layer
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the batter into each muffin cup. Sprinkle with about half of the streusel. Scoop remaining batter on top. Top with remaining streusel topping.
4. bake
Bake 18 to 21 minutes, until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Whisk confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla together in small bowl. Drizzle glaze over muffins and serve.
