Cooking Instructions

BRUSH FILLET WITH OIL AND SEASON TO TASTE. COOK UNTIL FISH FLAKES EASILY WHEN TESTED WITH A FORK AND INTERNAL COOK TEMP REACHES 145º AS MEASURED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER. COOK TIMES WILL VARY ACCORDING TO THICKNESS OF THE FISH.

Recipe - Orange Salmon Teriyaki

1. MIX TOGETHER TERIYAKI SAUCE, GINGER, ORANGE ZEST AND JUICE. 2. PAN FRY THAWED SALMON 3-4 MINUTES, THEN FLIP AND ADD SAUCE. REDUCE HEAT AND LET COOK 2-3 MINUTES MORE. 3. SERVE WITH RICE, CARROTS, BROCCOLI AND TOP WITH TOASTED SESAME SEEDS AND GREEN ONION.
