1. SEASON THAWED FISH WITH SALT AND BLACK PEPPER, SPREAD MUSTARD ON ONE SIDE OF EACH FILLET AND PLACE IN BAKING DISH. 2. COMBINE PANKO, GARLIC, LEMON ZEST, AND MELTED BUTTER. TOP EACH FISH FILLET WITH HALF THE CRUMB MIXTURE. 3. POUR LEMON JUICE AND 1/4 CUP WATER AROUND THE FISH. BAKE FOR 14-16 MINUTES!
