1. EMPTY frozen meal into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish and cover.
2. MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 MINUTES; STIR thoroughly and replace cover.
3. MICROWAVE an additional 4 to 5 MINUTES.
4. CHECK that food is cooked thoroughly. CAREFUL, IT'S HOT!
Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve.
