you will need:
1 pkg (16 oz) Duncan Hines® Dolly Parton's Sugar Cookie Kit Mix
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
PAM® Cooking Spray
DO NOT EAT RAW COOKIE DOUGH
1. mix
Stir cookie mix, melted butter, and egg together in large bowl until well blended and knead until a smooth dough forms. *If your dough seems a little dry, add water 1 teaspoon at a time until dough is smooth.
2. prep
Place a large sheet of plastic wrap out on the counter and place dough in the center. Use your hands to pat the dough into 7x9-inch rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick. Stir brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly all over the dough. Starting on the long edge, roll dough up tightly into a log. Seal the plastic wrap around the log and refrigerate at least 45 minutes.
3. bake
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray. Remove plastic wrap from dough log. Use a sharp knife to slice cookies about 1/2-inch thick. Place on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are lightly browned. Remove cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
4. decorate
Squeeze frosting into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 5-second increments just until frosting is fluid, stirring between each. Drizzle frosting in lines over the cookies letting the frosting run through the tines of a fork. Decorate with sprinkles.
Let cinnamon roll cookies stand until frosting is set, about 10 minutes, and serve!

DIRECTIONS:
1. PREP
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray large baking sheet with PAM®.
2. BAKE
Stir cookie mix, melted butter, egg, and water together in a medium bowl until well blended.
Scoop dough into 1-1/2 tablespoon portions (1 tablespoon for smaller cookies) and roll each into a ball.
Place on baking sheet. Using the palm of your hand, flatten into 2-inch circles (1-1/2-inch for smaller cookies).
Bake on rack in center of oven according to chart below, until lightly browned.
LARGER COOKIES (Makes 12): BAKE TIME 10-12 min
SMALLER COOKIES (Makes 18): BAKE TIME 9-11 min
3. DECORATE
-Remove to wire rack to cool completely before frosting.
-Frost cookies and customize each with sprinkles to create your favorite design before the frosting has time to set. Serve and enjoy!
