Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165°F.
COOK ONLY ONE BAG AT A TIME.
1. PUSH FIRMLY into red oval near center of Micro-Roast™ bag to vent. REMOVE tab completely.
2. PLACE Micro-Roast™ bag THIS SIDE UP in microwave, LAYING FLAT, ensuring vegetables are in a single layer.
3. MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 1/2 to 6 MINUTES.
4. CAREFULLY handle bag at corners marked 'PICK UP HERE' and remove from microwave with two hands. Bag will be crinkled after cooking. CHECK that food is cooked thoroughly. Hold bag over serving dish and TEAR bag along perforated side to open. Pour and serve.
CAUTION: FOOD WILL BE HOT.
