Cinnamon Powder
Cinnamon Powder: is an evergreen tree, which bark is predominantly used as a flavoring and aromatising agent in food manufacture. The bark is extracted from the tree, which is then dried into rolls known as quills, these quills are then pulverized (or ground) into a powder. Cinnamon has high antioxidant activity and antimicrobial properties which has been used in the preservation of food. It also contains manganese, calcium, iron and is a good source of fiber.
