you will need:
1 pkg Duncan Hines® Dolly Parton's Sweet Cornbread Mix
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter
DO NOT EAT RAW BATTER.
1. prep
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray pan with PAM® Cooking Spray.
2. mix
Stir together cornbread mix, cheddar cheese and jalapeno in a large bowl. Pour in milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until well blended.
3. bake
Pour batter into pan. Bake on rack in center of oven following chart below. *Add 3 to 5 minutes for glass pan. Cornbread is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
