you will need:
1 pkg (16 oz) Dolly Parton Biscuit Mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
12 tablespoons butter, divided use
1 cup milk
PAM® Cooking Spray
DO NOT EAT RAW DOUGH.
1. prep
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray large baking sheet with PAM® cooking spray.
2. mix
Stir together biscuit mix, cheese, and chives in large bowl. Cut in 10 tablespoons cold butter using your hands, a pastry cutter, or food processor. Create coarse crumbs of butter and incorporate into the dry mix.
3. stir
Stir in milk using a scoop-down and fold-over motion until soft dough forms. Do not overwork the dough.
4. bake
Divide dough into portions, about 3 tablespoons each and drop onto baking sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes, until golden brown. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter and brush over hot biscuits before serving.

ROLLED BISCUITS - On a floured surface, roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness using a floured rolling pin.
FOLD dough in thirds, turn dough 90° and roll out again. Repeat.
ROLL dough one final time 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick. Cut out biscuits using a 2-inch biscuit cutter and place on baking sheet.
4. BAKE
BAKE 9 to 11 minutes, until golden brown. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter and brush over hot biscuits before serving.
