YOU WILL NEED:
Cinnamon Filling:
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons water
Streusel:
2 tablespoons melted butter
Muffin Batter:
3/4 cup water
3 large eggs
3/4 cup oil
DO NOT EAT RAW BATTER.
BAKE TIME (Makes 12) 16 to 19 min
1. Prep
PREHEAT oven to 400°F.
PLACE paper liners in 12 muffin cups.
POUR muffin mix into a large bowl.
POUR cinnamon brown sugar mix into a small bowl.
SCOOP 1/3-cup muffin mix and 1/4-cup cinnamon brown sugar mix into a third bowl.

PRO TIP: Stir about 1 tablespoon prepared cinnamon filling into muffin batter for cinnamon flavor throughout!
STIR 2 tablespoons melted butter into bowl with muffin mix and cinnamon to make streusel topping.
STIR 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 teaspoons water into remaining cinnamon brown sugar mix.
STIR remaining muffin mix, water, eggs and oil together until well blended.
3. Bake
SCOOP about half of the muffin batter evenly into muffin cups.
SPOON cinnamon filling into the center of each muffin.
SPOON remaining muffin batter over filling.
TOP with streusel.
BAKE 16 to 19 minutes, until toothpick inserted near the top center of muffins comes out clean.
COOL 5 minutes.
4. Ice
CUT off small corner of cream cheese icing pouch.
ICE hot muffins and serve!
*Microwave cooled muffins for 20 seconds to reheat.
