Cabbage
Cabbage is a stout vegetable with a large head of closely nested leaves around the central stalk. It comes in various colors from greens to reds and shades of white. It is a hardy vegetable that can remain stored for months after harvest. It generally accumulates a large amount of vitamins C, and K, and also antioxidant carotenoids.
