Turmeric Extract
Turmeric extract is the essential oil, oleoresin, essence or extractive, derived from the turmeric root. Turmeric is a spice and a colorant derived from the root of 'Curcuma longa' that has bright yellow to green-yellow hue and a taste similar to mustard. It is used in Indian curries and gives mustard its yellow color.
