Consumers should follow manufacturer instructions for cooking spray usage on specific types of cookware.
DO NOT REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE.
Directions
1. Shake well before use.
2. Align arrow on spray nozzle with red dot.
3. Hold can 8"-10" away from cooking surface or pans, away from any heat source, spark or flame.
4. Spray a light coating over entire area to be used. Do not over spray.
5. Avoid excessive heat and do not refrigerate or freeze. Note: Can sprays best at room temperature.
