YOU WILL NEED:
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 large egg
1 tablespoon water
DO NOT EAT RAW COOKIE DOUGH
HIGH ALTITUDE (OVER 3,500 FT): Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray large baking sheet with PAM®. Mix and shape according to directions. Bake 9 to 10 minutes for large cookies or 8 to 9 minutes for mini cookies. Cool and assemble as directed.
BAKE TIME
Larger Cookies (Makes 12): 11 - 14 minutes
Mini Cookies (Makes 24): 8 - 10 minutes
1. Prep
PREHEAT oven to 375°F.
SPRAY large baking sheet with PAM®.
STIR TOGETHER cookie mix, melted butter, egg and water in a medium bowl until well blended.
2. Shape
DIVIDE dough into 12 even portions, about 1-1/2 tablespoons each, and roll each into a ball.
**For mini sandwich cookies: Divide dough into 24 even portions, about 1 tablespoon each.
PLACE on baking sheet. Flatten into 2" circles for large cookies or 1" circles for mini cookies with the palm of your hand.
3. Bake
BAKE on rack in center of oven according to chart, until lightly browned.
COOL on pan 2 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
4. Assemble
FROST flat side of half of the cookies with frosting, making sure frosting goes all the way to the edge of the cookie.
TOP frosted cookie with another cookie to create sandwiches. POUR sprinkles onto a plate.
ROLL sides of cookies in sprinkles. Enjoy!
