Dressing, Chunky Blue Cheese

Blue cheese chunks are thick, solid pieces of blue cheese. Blue cheese is a dairy product made from either the acidification or coagulation of milk (cheese).  The addition of the fungus Penicillium gives this classification of cheese its distinct blue-spotted color, odor, and salty, sharp flavor.
