Fully Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil
Vegetable Oil is a viscous liquid that is often derived from vegetables, seeds, and leaves. Popular oil varieties include canola, olive, cottonseed, and sunflower. Oil is often used to alter the texture or viscosity of a product. Oils are used in a variety of products including food, beverage, personal care, and cleaning products. Hydrogenation is the process of adding hydrogen atoms to the oil allowing it to maintain it's solid form at higher temperatures than non-hydrogenated oil. Because it is fully hydrogenated it contains saturated fats.
