COOKING DIRECTIONS FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165°F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Refrigerate leftovers. STOVE TOP (RECOMMENDED) MICROWAVE Squeeze bag gently to separate veggies*. Place unopened bag, standing up, in center of microwave. *If veggies can't easily be separated, defrost in microwave or pour into skillet and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, covered, or until veggies break apart, stirring occasionally. Heat 1 Tbsp. of vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet on medium-high. Add veggies and cook 6 to 7 minutes. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. or until hot, stirring occasionally. Carefully remove bag. Microwave on High 5 %-6 minutes** or until hot. **Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
