COOKING DIRECTIONS FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165°F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. MICROWAVE (Recommended Method) 1. REMOVE pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. MICROWAVE on High according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage* 1200 Time on High 3 1/2 min. Microwave Wattage* 1000 Time on High 4 to 5 min. Microwave Wattage* 700 Time on High 5 1/2 min. *Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended. 3. LET STAND 1 minute. CAUTION: HOT! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. STOVE-TOP IMPORTANT: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. 1. Heat 1/3 cup water to boiling in 1-quart saucepan. Empty contents of pouch into saucepan. 2. Heat to boiling. Reduce the heat to medium. Cover; cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain.
